Job description

Provide service for the customer!

As Customer Service Agent, you will provide information and services to customers. It is important that you act as contact person for the customer. You will discuss matters such as customers clearance, insurance and transport. To help the customer optimally: solve problems, answer questions, monitor progress and identify opportunities.

You will handle all these activities administratively. Information about problems, solutions and possibilities are entered into the right systems.

You know how to keep an overview and to find the solution. Make sure the customer receives the right attention and help from you.
