Who are you and what do you bring with you?
You have an enthusiastic and strong personality. You really know how to approach and you take an extra step without asking.
Furthermore, you bring the following:
You have an MBO working and thinking level.
You have at least the Dutch and Polish language. To master a second language such as English, Slovak, Bulgarian or Romanian is an advantage.
You have managerial and coordinating talents.
You are prepared to work in shifts, on Saturdays and Sundays / public holidays.
You are in possession of a valid driving license B.
You are flexible, customer-oriented, commercial and organizational strong.
The right combination of enthusiasm, courage and perseverance ensures that you are successful in this position. As a flex co-ordinator you are the pivot between the customer and the flex employees. You are responsible for the daily operational process on the work floor and the management of the flex workers. In addition to managing and scheduling the flex employees, you also participate and you are part of the team at the customer. We work in three shifts.
What are you going to do concretely?
You are the first point of contact for the flex workers and the customer in the workplace.
In the morning you do the attendance check and you supervise new flex workers.
You manage, you coach and you train flex workers.
You register absentees, process occupancy changes and ensure a neat feedback to the On-Site or Account Manager.
You consult with the customer and follow these agreements and implement them.
You identify bottlenecks that hamper the process and come up with solutions.
You have an active contribution to the operational process yourself
You take care of all additional administrative work
